To celebrate our freedom, (Nic left for Bangkok), Kero, Yanti and I went for a picnic at East Coast Park.
Yanti took the bicycle while I took the dog. After two hours of walking, I was glad to kick off the sandals.

Kero was glad to lie down. Yanti was glad to relieve her aching butt.

Picnic food tastes so much better. We enjoyed the food we had packed with us and more than we bought from the food court.
The skiers didn’t look anything like this picture. Almost every one who whizzed past fell into the water. They laughed at themselves. We laughed with them. It was jolly good fun, eating and laughing. *smiles*
A chatty 5-year-old scampered over to warn us not to dangle our feet in the water because there’s jellyfish in there. I didn’t believe her for a second but if she’s right, the clumsy falling skiers’ in big trouble.
We got home too late at 11pm. Nic’s Mum was pale from worrying about us girls. *guilty*
