Just thought I’d share with you pictures of the cute animals that live nearby. :)

First up, we have the Surfboarder Monkey! This dude visited Kuta beach when he was a kid. Ever since his mum dragged him back to the forest, he’s been perfecting his technique by surfing on fallen tree trunks instead. Next to him is a little Aspiring Monkey who’s still holding on a heart-shaped balloon. Awww…

Next, we have the Snatch Thief Monkey! This guy’s greatest gift is at slipping away unseen after tugging away your camera or your bag. I don’t want to get him arrested though so I shall keep an eye on my things.

Then, we have the Pooing-Without-Washing-or-Wiping-His-Bum-Monkey! Because there isn’t any toilet paper and the water tap is broken.

After that, we have the MRT Monkeys. Mama Monkey pretends to be the train while Baby Monkey pretends to be the passenger that rides on Mama’s back. So sweet. :)

Last but not least, we have the Laundrywoman Monkey. She learned the song gooley gooley washerwoman at her school campfire and can’t get it out of her head.

Wait, there’s one more. The Elastic Monkey tries to emulate vintage superhero PlasticMan by stretching as much as possible. I wonder if he’ll grow taller just by that.
