Precious Crashes Her Own Website

It was her fault. She installed a new Plugin and the next thing she knew, http://precious-living.com have disappeared into thin air.

Thank God for BlueHost’s LiveChat Customer Support. Our brief conversation went like this:-

Hillary [8:04:33 AM]: *panics* My main domain, http://notesfrommyheart.com is up but my addon domain, http://precious-living.com is down.

rsorensen [8:08:57 AM]: *spits out a pip into the bin next to his desk* what theme are you using?

Hillary [8:09:07 AM]: Sandbox. I have been using the same theme for months but I wrote a new blog post earlier then tried to backup but during the backup, I encountered an error.

Hillary [8:09:41 AM]: It said “File Name Too Long”

rsorensen [8:09:50 AM]: *crunches on apple again* Which database goes to this one?

Hillary [8:10:53 AM]: This: xxxxxxxx_xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

rsorensen [8:11:10 AM]: ok

[8:12:04 AM]: checking

Hillary [8:12:27 AM]: *excited* Hey it is working now!

rsorensen [8:12:39 AM]: *in between munchies* Yea ran repair on the database

Hillary [8:13:06 AM]: *swoons* thanks rsorensen

rsorensen [8:13:32 AM]: Your welcome *spit out another pip into the bin*

Didn’t I say we should always get our sites hosted by BlueHost? Didn’t I? Didn’t I? *grin*
