My Extravagant Hairdo

You can tell how much I love my cousin by what I willingly wore on my head to the wedding.

The sixteen-year-old girl is very keen on beauty and style so she became my stylist for the big day.

It is the pouffest thing I have ever seen, since Elvis Presley’s curry puff hairdo.

This is the beta version. It looked more normal, but we couldn’t find the right clips to accessorize it.

This was what we ended with. What do you think?

The American Heritage Dictionary says a pouf (pōōf) is a woman’s hairstyle popular in the 18th century, characterized by high rolled puffs.

I bet it won’t come back in style until the 30th century.

Meanwhile, for the next 50 years, every one who pulls out my cousin’s wedding album will get to laugh at me.
