Wearing the dress of my dreams

I’ve been thinking of getting a dress. Not just any dress, but a dream-come-true dress. I’ll wear it to my brother’s wedding in September. Which is taking forever to come by.

Yesterday evening, this beautiful dress in a boutique caught my eye. Its silvery satin is smooth and silky to touch. Its soft grey lace is delicate and feminine. Its hand-embroidered details are exceptionally refined.

I was in love at first sight.

I removed this dress from a stainless steel hanger and…

What do you think? Gorgeous? I think it is exquisite.

It was dark in the dressing room in Vivocity. I had to lean against the wall to capture this moment on Night Mode.

Almost perfect, but I must clamp my arms to my body to hold the dress up. Can’t yum seng in this, it’s five inches too wide!

    No, it is not slightly bigger. It is a lot bigger. I can insert a watermelon under the dress.

    Hey, the dress is beautiful. I like the embroidery. I bought a piece of MNG blouse the other day. However, it was too big. Anyway, since I love it so much, I have sent it for alteration. It looks perfectly nice. If you need the tailor address, let me know ya. :)

    Li Li, I did think of getting the dress altered. Had it been slightly bigger, I would have chosen to do that but this is about five inches too loose.
    I didn’t want to risk ruining the whole dress. :(
