Frankly speaking, I'm also headache. No doubt that Susana is good but she is quite irresponsible in some extend (come and leave as she wishes to), if you do agree with me. However, Feng & I have the same consensus. We do not like maid to take care of baby as nobody is at home to supervise them. No matter how good they are, we still have some reserves towards them.
