How much do you love your host?

My host is not perfect. There were times when my site loads at a snail’s pace and there were times when my site was completely down. But, my host is always available on LiveChat so any issues I’ve had with them have been quickly resolved. :)

I’m not one of those who reads my web hosting tutorials before signing up. When I first tried to set up a website, I knew absolutely zero. I made many horrible mistakes…

I accidentally crashed and deleted my entire website a few times. Even though these were my mistakes, when I clicked on LiveChat, my host immediately retrieved what I have deleted from their most recent backup and restored the site for me, no questions asked. My host didn’t make me feel like I’m their dumbest customer ever even though I probably was.

By now, my host and I are pretty in sync with each other. We don’t blame when problems crop up as they are bound to every once in a while. We just inform and solve ASAP.
