Since I’ve signed up for the Women 10K Run, Kero and I went to the East Coast Park to train for the run.
We were so happy to be heading to the beach.

Kero wanted to jump onto my lap but she drew every ounce of willpower from inside to keep herself glued to the floor. What an exciting evening we have ahead!
At the park, we ran and walked and walked and after that, walked all the way.
There was a huge eagle soaring in the sky. It swooped down to two meters from us and rested for a few seconds. Then it flapped its powerful wings and pierced the sky again. We had to stop to gaze admire its good looks.

After an hour, we turned around and walked back. Finally, it was dinner time! Kero and I were both glad to rest and enjoy our meal. But guess what? I discovered I had forgotten to pack her food! Poor Kero, she could only have water in her bowl.

As I guiltily ate my dinner, she stood watch to make sure that other dogs do not even think of coming near me. After I had eaten and packed everything away, Kero finally rested. By that time, it was 10pm. She was polite and quiet as usual but her eyes looked terribly sad.

She was grateful for the sweet hug but her stomach must be aching inside.
