Getting to the Kluang Railway Station is very easy. After exiting the highway at Ayer Hitam, turn right towards Kluang and keep going until you reach a roundabout. Exit the roundabout at 12 o’clock and soon, you will come to a train track that crosses the road. Turn left and follow the train track, within 5 minutes you should arrive at the Kluang Railway Station. This is the railway station. You can take a train here from Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Thailand. Inside the train station, there is a very old cafe where you can have your breakfast, lunch or brunch. We had brunch. If you are getting to Kluang by train, you can get the 4WD to pick you up from here instead of at Kahang. It will only cost a little more. And what’s brunch without Nasi Lemak (Coconut Milk Rice)? The cafe ran out of it when we first arrived but just when we were stuffed to the brim with breads, eggs, kuihs and bihuns, a platter of freshly-packed Nasi Lemak arrived. We had to start on the meal all over again. :)
