A Walk Through the Dr Sun Yat-Sen Memorial Hall in Guangzhou, China

The Dr Sun Yat-Sen Memorial Hall in Guangzhou, China is quite literally – a hall. Who would have thought? I could stomp in and out of the place within minutes.
While I was there, the hall had been rented for an Amway Convention. Marketers were setting the stage for the event. Despite the surprise, I am glad I visited because the hall is a pretty place.

The ceiling is simply exquisite. I would have preferred to take a horizontal shot of the hall with its neat rows of passion-red chairs and mosaic ceiling all in one photograph but it would not fit in.
I tried to be creative…

Tilt your head at a 45-degree angle to enjoy the Dr Sun Yat-Sen Memorial Hall with me. :b
All photos on this post taken with a Canon EOS 50D
very nice architecture! eh Amway so kaya.
Ahaha, I am not sure how much it costs to rent the hall. Probably not very expensive.
Should have used a fisheye lens. Or a EF-S 10-22mm can capture more!
Hahaha, the whole time I was there, I was thinking about the Fish Eye Lense that the Canon trainer had told us about during the Women in Photography workshop. Didn’t know about the 10-22mm lens, that sounds absolutely yummy too.
